Refund and Returns Policy
It is important to us that our customers have an excellent customer experience with Coastal Farming and Design and that they are satisfied with their quality, finished product.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we many not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
This applies to both our in-store sales and our online sales.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us immediately and inform us of your concerns.
You will need to take a photo of your received print and frame/ and send it via email to us.
Once your email return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your concern. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we can reprint and reframe your item for you. You will be required to send us back the original work.
We can refund your order when we receive your incorrect print and frame back.
We can re print and frame your item to your preferred specifications.

Our company guarantees the workmanship of our printing and framing. From time to time, some product may not meet our standard and slip through.
It is important, that to receive our 100% guarantee, you have cared for your framing.
Here are some tips to keep in mind:
- Avoid extreme temperatures and environments.
- Make sure your frame is properly supported and upright on a flat surface.
- Use the recommended hooks to hang your artwork.
- Avoid stacking objects on top of your frame or placing it in tight spaces.
- Handle and store your frame with care to prevent damage.
